If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any reason we have two return options available to you. 


1) Ship your product back to our warehouse and you will receive an in-store credit once we receive the item. You may also elect to apply your purchase price towards a new online product.


2) Return your product back to any Seattle Sun Tan or Seattle Sun Light Spa location and we will gladly exchange it for in-store credit. (OUR APOLOGIES BUT THIS OPTION IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE AS OUR SALONS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO THE STAY AT HOME ORDER.)


All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. All products must be in new condition or at least 3/4 full to receive a credit. The value of your purchase will be applied as in-store credit that can be used online at shop.SeattleSunTan.com or at any Seattle Sun Tan location. Your in-store credit never expires and can be applied towards products or services. 


Please note - Seattle Sun e-GiftCards are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

If your product arrives damaged please contact orders@SeattleSunTan.com within 3 days of receiving your product and we will arrange for a new item to be shipped to you.
